- Develop a marketing plan and ensure that the marketing efforts of the leasing office are in accordance with the plan.
- Hire, train and supervise on-site property management and maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate concierge services
- Implement a front office management system that can produce complete and comprehensive balance sheets, statement of expenses and statement of income.
- Routine maintenance and cleaning of common areas and ensuring that all exterior amenities are properly maintained.
- Provide a full array of tenant management services including tenant qualifying, supervising orderly tenant move-in, tenant invoicing, collecting rent, pursue delinquent accounts and ensure sound tenant relations.
Legal assistance and security services for residential buildings are provided by business partners or 3rd parties.
